St.Patrick’s day = booze! At least in these cupcakes it does. This is the most I have every baked with alcohol in one dessert. Yes, I said ‘S’Mores’ in a cookie! So amazing! Talk about memory overload with these babies…memories of girl scout camp outs, family vacations and of those lonely nights in college where you attempt to make one over the gas-stove burner.
