Yes, I said ‘S’Mores’ in a cookie! So amazing! Talk about memory overload with these babies…memories of girl scout camp outs, family vacations and of those lonely nights in college where you attempt to make one over the gas-stove burner. If you saw my PB&J cupcake post, then you know how amazing that peanut butter frosting was. I was so in-love with it that I had to use up what was left-over from the cupcakes.
